Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. Kundalini yoga classes use rhythmic movements in conjunction with deep stretches, breathing techniques, meditation, and mantras. Students see and feel the results quickly, feeling energized, relaxed, and uplifted after each class. Radiance kundalini yoga classes are based on Yogi Bhajan's teachings.

Beginner's Kundalini Yoga (8 week series)
Beginner's Kundalini yoga is for brand new students to learn basic breathing techniques, postures, meditations, and yogic philosophy. This 8 week series (one class a week) teaches new students yoga fundamentals and provides the necessary guidance to develop a safe and healing practice. This class is offered in a sequential format with a discount option for pre-registered students. Drop-in students are also welcome.
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini yoga classes use breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Each class consists of a kriya which is a series of postures taught in sequence to produce a desired effect. Teachers choose from thousands of kriyas designed to help students deepen their awareness, connect with their creative energy, open the heart, stimulate the immune, glandular and nervous system, and balance the chakras. Classes are open to students at all levels of experience.
