As we enter the final days of the year, I invite you to spend a little time reflecting on the last twelve months. Whether 2015 was your best year, your most challenging year, or somewhere in between, we have all experienced our share of triumphs and joy, as well as difficulties and disappointment. This is the perfect time to look back on all that you have experienced and congratulate yourself on your achievements, both large and small. And no matter if you thrived or simply survived this year, let me be the first to tell you some very good news: We made it!
As I look back over my first year of writing this blog, I want to say this: I hope that your yoga practice has been a source of great comfort to you this year. You have made our studio a joyful, safe, and community-focused space for physical, mental, and spiritual growth. Your energy and good cheer is what makes Radiance Yoga special; without you, it just would not be the same. We are so grateful for each and every one of you. Thanks for making this a special and unforgettable year.
Wherever your holiday plans take you, we hope that you will give yourself the gift of continuing your practice. The studio will be open every day except December 25 (Christmas Day). Some days have limited schedules, so check online or call the studio before coming in, just to be sure.
There are also several special class offerings during this period, including a Kundalini New Year’s Eve Celebration with Sujjan Saroop and a heart-opening flow workshop with Jess Purtell on New Year’s Day. To register for these classes, or other special events, please visit the workshops page.
We can even help you finish up your holiday shopping! The next time you come in, take a moment before or after class to browse our lovely boutique. You’ll find a great variety clothing, accessories, aruvedic products, jewelry, artwork, gift vouchers, and more. There is something for every yoga-lover on your list— including yourself. (Yes, you can absolutely give yourself a Christmas gift!)
Light and love,
Your Radiance Yoga staff
