It’s just been over a month since we made the decision to temporarily close our studio to protect the safety and health of our community. To say we miss seeing you, being with you and practicing with you in person is the greatest understatement of all time. However, we are ever so grateful for the technology that allows us to be with you and practice with you – just in a new and different way. We know that healthy daily practices, including yoga, helps us stay grounded, calm, open and connected during this tremendously challenging time. We cannot thank YOU enough for staying engaged, keeping up your practice and for supporting our small business through our Digital Monthly Membership.

We don’t know how long this will last. So, in the meantime, please know we are doing everything possible to help support you in maintaining healthy immune systems by offering classes and workshops that will strengthen your bodies, minds, and spirits

30-Day Self-Care Challenge – April 25 – May 24

Normally around this time, we would be running our Spring Challenge, the studio would be buzzing with yogis and the Challenge board would be full of stars!

We want to try to generate a little bit of that buzz and invite you to join the Radiance Yoga community, virtually, for a 30-Day Self-Care Challenge from April 25 to May 24. The Challenge is to complete 26 acts of self-care in 30 days. Together we will commit to designing a new normal by nourishing ourselves, moving our bodies, and taking care of our mental and emotional well-being – mind, body, and spirit.

Mind – Self-care activities, meditations, and visualizations to clear, calm and focus your mind.

Body – Practice yoga in a variety of styles to build strength and flexibility and strengthen your immune system with Radiance Yoga Online classes and workshops.

Spirit – Self-care ideas will help you feel both grounded within yourself and connected to something bigger than yourself.

All we ask of you is to sign-up for our Digital Monthly Membership and commit to a daily practice of whatever is your definition of self-care – be that physical yoga practice, meditation, personal reflection, or a combination thereof.

We will support you through regular posts on social media and short videos on Radiance Yoga Online with everything from self-care tips, meditation, pranayama, Ayurveda and yoga. We have also created a personal “star chart” for you to track your progress at home and a Facebook Group “30-Day Self-Care Challenge” where you can post your daily self-care practice, add a picture of your “star chart”, connect with your community, encourage each other, and share how you are practicing self-care during these challenging times.

To further support you, we will be offering a variety of LiveStream workshops to help you stay healthy and connected. We know that many people are facing financial challenges during this period, so we are offering three pricing options of $15/20/25 for one-hour workshops or $20/25/30 for 90-minute to two-hour workshops and $45/50/55 for 4-week workshop series.
