JP: I’ve been practicing yoga since the late 1990’s. I had taken a laughing pranayama class and loved it. I signed up for classes with an Iyengar teacher shortly after, and was hooked.
What makes Radiance yoga unique? What is your favorite thing about this studio?
Radiance Yoga is in the heart of OId Town. Typically space in this wonderful town is small, but Radiance is spacious with so much natural light. It’s not only a gorgeous studio, but very inviting. My favorite thing about the studio is the students. I have met the nicest, warmest and most friendly faces teaching in this space. The teachers are pretty wonderful too!
What advice would you give someone who is thinking about trying yoga?
I’d say, try as many different classes as you can to find the right fit for you and ask the teachers questions. I speak for many of us when I say that we want to hear from you! We want you to love yoga as much as we do. And, of course, have fun.
We hope you will join us this Saturday! Light refreshments, and lots of laughs, will be provided!
