Spring is a season of great energy and revitalization. As we move out of the colder, slower winter months behind, you may feel lighter, more boisterous, and ready to tackle new challenges. Which makes this an excellent time of year for Radiance Yoga’s 30-Day Challenge, starting on March 16!
A regular, continual yoga practice has countless physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Accept the challenge to increase your strength and flexibility, reduce your daily stress, or send a little extra energy to someone in need: whatever inspires you to come to your mat every day.
The 30 day challenge can also help reignite your commitment to self-care and personal growth. Our lives are busier than ever; making time for yourself and your practice can be hard. Let the challenge be a reminder to reserve some valuable “me time” amid your other commitments, no matter how hectic life gets.
Participating in the challenge is simple. You can enroll from the Radiance Yoga website (click on the Workshops tab) or in the studio at the front desk. Then just show up! Attend 26 yoga classes at the studio between March 16 and April 15. Every class on the schedule counts — from vigorous flow classes to restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. There are no extra fees (normal drop in/class pass rates apply), and studio tracks your attendance automatically. You even have a chance to win some great prizes!
