Although the coronavirus pandemic has disrupted so many areas of our lives it does not affect the change of the seasons. Fall is here! The air has chilled slightly, the leaves have started to fall, and pumpkin-spiced everything abounds!
To help transition into the new season we’ve brought back an old favorite – the 30-Day Yoga Challenge! It might feel a bit different this year, but the crux of it is still the same: challenge yourself to take 26 classes in 30 days, enjoy the benefits of a regular yoga practice and be entered into a draw to win some great prizes!
