Learn more about this Teacher Training program from personal experiences of previous students.
"When I started the training, I was a new yoga teacher and my mind was so set to learn only methodology of prenatal yoga. I was ready to learn anatomy of pregnancy and how to cue differently from regular yoga classes. My teachers opened my eyes to see how miraculous and empowering experiences each pregnant mamas can find from their journey and how the teachers can support their journey. I also learned yoga can be practiced not only on yoga mats, but also in everyday life. I can proudly say that this training guided me through to see the beauty and the power that all humans born with, and I am able to view and hear everyone with their own value and with their own voice. Their mentoring program based on trust and strong bond between teachers and students. When I graduate from the training, I had a total different view on yoga and on my own journey as a mother."
"Beloved’s prenatal yoga training thoroughly prepared me to teach yoga to mamas through every stage of pregnancy. It gave me confidence to work with mothers and invoked a sense of true wonder and awe for the journey of pregnancy. For me, as a new mother, it also connected me to the beautiful birth and parenthood community. I taught prenatal for two years following the training and in those two years I had moms come back to me after their birth experience to tell me how much the yoga and breath practices prepared them and helped them through their birthing times. To me, that was the greatest gift of the prenatal training- better births for both mamas and their babies"
