Whether you are looking for ways to create relaxing bedtime routines for your child, manage family stress and anxiety, or just create a deeper connection, a family yoga session can help you discover yoga tools, games, and activities that can help the family find some space and peace in your daily routines.
Private Yoga for Kids & Teens
The benefits of yoga aren’t just for adults. Kids and teens have busy lives too and can all benefit from the space to slow down, breathe, move, and connect back to themselves. Whether your child needs to manage stress and anxiety, increase flexibility and strength, increase focus, or balance the body for competitive sports, a private yoga class can be a wonderful way to introduce yoga and create a tailored practice for their unique needs. Private yoga sessions can be private or small groups up to four students.
