Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for the installment payment or final balance unless your space can be filled with someone from the waiting list. No credits or refunds will be issued if cancellation is received within one month of the event. If Radiance Yoga must cancel due to insufficient enrollment, your deposit and any paid installment and balance will be refunded in full.

Travel Insurance:


We recommend that international retreat participants take out travel insurance in case of any life situation that may alter your plans. You may consider plans from travelinsure.com, insuremytrip.com, or any other option provided by your credit card, airline, or travel company. Also, note that your health insurance may not provide coverage internationally. Check with your provider and consider additional coverage if necessary.


In order to guarantee maximum coverage, most travel insurance providers require that you obtain a policy within 5-10 days of placing your initial deposit.

 What airport do I fly into?

The closest airport is Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) which is a 2.5-hour drive to/from Bodhi Tree.

The cost is $150 plus taxes one way for 1-4 people and $40 plus taxes each way for over 5 people.

When making your flights please make sure to allow enough time between your arrival and pick up time to go through customs and collect your luggage. When scheduling your return flight allow for 2 ½ hours to the airport and time to go through customs.

You may also choose to fly to San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). San Jose is a 5-hour car ride to/from Bodhi Tree and a shuttle may be arranged for $240USD each way. It is also possible to fly from SJO to Nosara Airport where you can arrange a 20-minute taxi ride for $20USD each way. Airlines that fly to NOB from SJO are Nature Air and Sansa, please note these are small planes.


Do I need a Visa to travel to Costa Rica? 
American citizen visitors to Costa Rica do not need a visa if they are traveling as a tourist with a valid U.S. passport.


What time is check in and check out?

Check-in is 2:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.




Are gratuities included?

Gratuities are not included in the price of the program.  Bodhi Tree will add a $10 per day option onto your room charge at the end. You will receive a piece of paper the night of check-out that will give you the option to accept this, decline it, or add more to it. Please do not feel obligated to opt into this it is just there for convenience. This money gets divided up among all the staff from housekeeping to the front desk.


Are meals included?
All meals are included.  The resort offers an array of hot and refreshing cold soups, an excellent

buffet of veggies and salads, organic chicken, fish and vegan options. Organic wine and artisanal beer is available for purchase with your dinner.

Massages are available and you can book at the front desk once you arrive.

Are there yoga props?

Yoga mats and props are available.
