Naydja Maya Bell has been on the Kundalini Yoga path since 2006, when she taught at Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar, Punjab and took her teacher training with the 11th grade to become a Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She returned stateside and fell in and out of practice until her sister introduced her the Radiance family. The energy and community of the studio was just the nudge and inspiration to reconnect her to her practice. Reinvigorated, Naydja committed to the level two trainings, completing all five modules to become a certified Kundalini Yoga Practitioner.
Naydja believes deeply in the transformative power of the sound current, chanting and mantra. In her classes, she creates a space for yogis of all shapes, sizes and skill levels to relax, connect to their expansive selves, expand their awareness and embrace their power.
Naydja holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. In addition to her Kundalini practice, Naydja enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
