A life-long athlete, Robin came to yoga looking for a way to keep moving after injury. Stretching, moving, breathing, and sweating through class left her feeling great physically and mentally. She was hooked and wanted to learn all she could about the practice of yoga, leading her to her 200-hour training.
Robin is fascinated with the resiliency and adaptability of the body. She strives to explore how the body works and what it can do from a place of curiosity rather than achievement (a work in progress!). While she loves the physical challenge of an asana class, Robin also embraces the mental clarity and sense of balance and connection that can come with regular practice. She often finds herself taking lessons from the mat to find yoga in everyday moments.
In her class, Robin’s goal is to create an environment where others feel supported and free to play, challenge themselves, and simply move in the way that best suits them in that moment.
