The 20-hour LiveStream Yin Yoga Teacher Training is for yoga teachers and yoga practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of Yin Yoga principles and applications. Targeting the connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, tendons, joints, and bones, Yin Yoga is accessible and beneficial for a wide variety of practitioners, from young athletes to the aging population.

This training includes 15 hours of live streaming with Yuki Riley and 5 hours of readings and homework. RYTs who complete the course are eligible to apply for CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

Learn the three principles of Yin Yoga
Explore the physical, energetic, mental benefits
Practice Yin poses and how to customize with props
Practice Yin sequences to support the intention
Learn about anatomy and joint range of motion
Requirements
This workshop is open to yoga practitioners interested in deepening their yoga practice and yoga teachers looking to add a new skill set to their teaching toolkit.
As the course is fully, online, access to a digital device with a microphone and camera as well as reliable internet access will be required. If you have personal blankets, bolsters, and sitting cushions that would make you more comfortable, please have them available.
Yuki has over ten years of functional fitness and personal training experience and has found Yin Yoga to be an essential self-care tool to increase flexibility, prevent injury, and create calm and balance in the body and mind.
She has studied with Bernie Clark and is a registered Yin Yoga Teacher with yinyoga.com. Currently, Yuki in currently studying Yoga Therapy at Maryland University's Integrative Health Program. She regularly shares her learnings at Yuki’s Yin Yoga Facebook Group. She also offers yoga therapy as private sessions at the studio.
Your commitment and 100% participation will be required at every session.
