Learn the fundamentals of Yoga Nidra in this 15-hour CEU LiveStream immersion training taught by Steve Wolf, ERYT.
Yoga Nidra literally means “sleep of the yogi.” Numerous recent studies prove the power of this ancient technique to systematically calm the nervous system and induce the most profound states of relaxation.
Yoga Nidra, though, is so much more than a tool for relaxation. Through guided visual imagery, body awareness, and other mindfulness techniques, it provides access to your deepest states of consciousness. Here you’ll find self-understanding and healing, as well as gain access to your intuition and creative potential. Through regular practice, you become more grounded and less reactive to the push and pull of daily events.
Over the course of the weekend, participants will learn the physiology and science behind Yoga Nidra and learn how to skillfully deliver a safe Yoga Nidra practice in a class or in a private setting.
