MEGHAN LEE HARGRAVE

E-RYT 200, YACEP

Meghan joins Radiance Yoga as a Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher and teaches flow and specialty classes and workshops including restorative yoga, yoga nidra, prenatal yoga, baby + me and yoga for athletes with a nurturing and warm touch. She encourages fellow yogis, as they come to their mats, to hit the pause button of the mind in order to discover the tranquility, space, freedom and strength in their practice. As a teacher, she weaves together creative and flowing sequences to create an authentic, centering, cleansing space for students to breath, grow, stretch, explore, play and reflect.  It is with great care that she chooses the music she plays in class, which include favorites like Lindsey Stirling, Coldplay, 2 Cellos, and of course Louie Armstrong’s ‘What a Wonderful World.’  As both a student and a teacher of yoga, she will be forever inspired by the power of music to inspire, heal, uplift & transform the soul.

Quickly after discovering yoga in 2006, Meghan realized it was much more than a ‘physical practice’ and began coming to her mat regularly; It has been an essential part of her life ever since. Today she supports Federal Occupational Health at the U.S. Senate, Department of State and other Federal Agencies as a Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher and is grateful to the inspiration her teachers and fellow yogis have gifted to her own yoga journey. She looks forward to sharing the yoga journey with you and to the lessons it inspires, both on and off the mat.

A southerner at heart, Meghan is originally from Washington, D.C and earned her B.A. in Communication at Florida State University amongst the Spanish-moss covered trees in panhandle of Florida. She also has a M.A. in Psychology & Human Learning. When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, she can be found running her small consulting business or cheering on her beloved Florida State Seminoles.
