Focused Learning, Deeper Practice
Immersive sessions that go deeper than a regular class. Topics range across movement, breathwork, philosophy, and specific practices. Open to all students — no teaching experience required.
200-Hour Advanced Training
Begin Your Teaching Journey
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training returns this fall – October 23, 2026 through March 28, 2027. This transformational program will help you discover your voice, deepen your practice, and build the confidence to teach from the heart.
300-Hour Advanced Training
Take Your Teaching Further
For teachers who have completed a 200-hour training and are ready to go deeper. Our Yoga Alliance certified program draws on local and national faculty across all facets of the practice. All modules are available as individual trainings.
Pop-Ups & Member Events
Throughout the year we host informal gatherings, special classes, and community events — a chance to connect, explore, and practice together outside the regular schedule.
