VICTORIA UGWU

Victoria is a Kundalini yoga instructor with a passion for guiding students on a deep exploration into their subconscious mind. She aims to encourage students to push past personally set limitations and unveil their true authentic version of self; by incorporating traditional techniques which include chanting, pranayam (breathing practices), Kriyas (series of exercises), meditations, and dance-like movement. Being a new yogi on the block, Victoria is excited to expand her knowledge of traditional Sanskrit and yogic practices and hopes to facilitate a community of curious yogis alike!
