300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Overview
This advanced training has been designed for those who have already laid their foundations in yoga and are ready to delve deeper into the advanced practices and teachings of yoga. The 300-hour program is intended for yoga teachers who have already completed a 200-hour training and are looking to take their knowledge and skills to the next level. Throughout this program, students will deepen their practice, explore both practical and subtle yoga techniques to enhance their teaching, and learn how to promote a greater mind-body-spirit connection in their classes.
Students must complete a total of 15 modules to fulfill their training requirements. Five of these must be core modules, selected from our offering of ten core modules. The remaining ten modules can be selected from any of our 20+ modules (core or elective), allowing students maximum flexibility and a fully tailored experience. Modules may be completed in any order. This training is suitable for all yoga teachers.
Understanding that not everyone is interested in pursuing the 300-hour track, but may be interested in some of the weekend workshops that we are offering as part of the curriculum, all modules are available as individual trainings and are open to all. Enrollment in Radiance Yoga's 300 Hour program is not a requirement to attend these advanced training workshops.

What is the 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training?
It’s a modular, in-depth training for certified 200-hour teachers who wish to deepen their study, refine their teaching, and receive a 300-hour certification (500-hour RYT) through Yoga Alliance.
Do I need to complete the modules in a specific order?
Our program is modular and flexible. You can take modules in any order, as long as you complete all required hours and topics.
How long do I have to complete the program?
You have up to 5 years to complete your 300-hour certification with Radiance.
Can I apply previously completed Radiance Yoga 20-hour modules toward my 300-hour certification?
Radiance Yoga may offer credit toward our 300-hour certification for select previously completed modules, based on the following criteria:
• Timing: The module was completed at Radiance Yoga within the past two years, and the student held a 200-hour yoga teacher certification at the time of completion.
• Sequence: If you take a module before officially enrolling in the 300-hour track, your training start date will be retroactively based on the date of that first eligible module.
• Content Alignment: The content of the module must align with at least 80% of our current 300-hour curriculum standards.
All credit requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you’re interested in applying prior training toward your 300-hour certification.
Can I receive credit toward the 300-hour training for previous trainings I’ve completed elsewhere?
No, only modules completed at Radiance Yoga will be considered.
Can I log my 300-Hour training modules as Continuing Education (CEUs) with Yoga Alliance?
Not exactly - Yoga Alliance does recognize your 300-hour training as continuing education in spirit, but their system doesn’t allow the same hours to count toward both CEUs and certification. Logging CEUs for individual modules could interfere with your 300-hour certification process.
What to do instead:
You can manually log your hours under “Training Hours” in your Yoga Alliance account for your own records. Here’s how:
• Log in at yogaalliance.org
• Go to your Teacher Dashboard → Add Hours under Training Hours
• Select “Taught by someone who is not a YACEP”
• Follow the prompts to input your module details
• Be sure to note that the training is part of your 300-hour certification program
• Click “Assert” and “Save”
This will keep your records accurate without affecting your certification down the line.
