300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Overview
This advanced training has been designed for those who have already laid their foundations in yoga and are ready to delve deeper into the advanced practices and teachings of yoga. The 300-hour program is intended for yoga teachers who have already completed a 200-hour training and are looking to take their knowledge and skills to the next level. Throughout this program, students will deepen their practice, explore both practical and subtle yoga techniques to enhance their teaching, and learn how to promote a greater mind-body-spirit connection in their classes.
To allow for a completely tailored experience, students may select eight required core modules from an offering of ten and select seven additional elective modules from an offering of 14 modules, to complete their training. Modules may be taken in any order. This training is appropriate for all types of yoga teachers.
Understanding that not everyone is interested in pursuing the 300-hour track, but may be interested in some of the weekend workshops that we are offering as part of the curriculum, all modules are available as individual trainings and are open to all. Enrollment in Radiance Yoga's 300 Hour program is not a requirement to attend these advanced training workshops.
