This four week series is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive and accessible way. Each week builds progressively, helping participants understand why strength training matters while exploring major muscle groups, foundational strength training movements, proper form, and practical modifications.
In addition to the weekly focus areas, this series is intended to build confidence and familiarity with the Sculpt & Stretch format. Classes move at a slower, more intentional pace, allowing students to develop strength, stability, and body awareness while feeling fully supported. By the end of the series, participants will be well prepared to join our regularly scheduled Sculpt & Stretch classes with greater ease and confidence.
This series can be especially beneficial for those seeking support during peri or post menopause, improving bone density, building strength and stability, and enhancing balance and fall prevention.
