“Being new to yoga, I started at Radiance with the 6-Week Beginner Flow series, which also allowed me to concurrently take other classes at no additional cost. I’ve since started a regular rotation of weekly Flow classes taught by a variety of instructors with their own unique styles that allow me to feel, stretch, and strengthen my whole body and mind. The instructors are incredibly mindful that bodies are different and asymmetrical, and encourage modification and props as needed.
