Classes for Beginners: Learn the Basics

When you are completely new to yoga or curious about exploring a different style, it can be hard to know where to begin. At Radiance Yoga, we offer four-class series in Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini Yoga, Core Strength, and Strength Training that provide a supportive and accessible introduction to the classes on our regular schedule.


Whether you are an absolute beginner or someone who has practiced yoga before and is ready to establish a more consistent practice, these series are designed to guide you step by step. For brand new students, they help take away the uncertainty of walking into your first class by offering a structured, encouraging environment. By the end of the series, you will have built a solid foundation and feel more confident joining regular classes.


For more experienced practitioners, our Beginner Series can still be deeply beneficial. These slower, mindful, back to basics classes offer an opportunity to reconnect with alignment, foundational actions, and intentional movement, helping you get even more out of your time on the mat.

Flow Yoga

This four-class Flow Yoga series will introduce you to yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques.
