Journey Through the Chakras in Scotland

July 18-25, 2026

Rewild, Recharge & Realign: A Transformational Yoga Retreat in the Scottish Highlands

Join Masuda and Christy for a once-in-a-lifetime yoga retreat in the remote beauty of the Scottish Highlands. Surrounded by ancient pine forests, rushing rivers, and majestic mountains, Alladale Wilderness Reserve offers a soul-stirring setting for deep rest, connection, and transformation.

A Retreat Designed to Rebalance and Rejuvenate

Each day will include yoga and meditation practices centered on the chakras, your body’s energy centers that influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You’ll leave with practical tools to support clarity, vitality, and inner balance long after the retreat ends. Open to all levels of experience.

Experience Wild Wellness Like Never Before

Launching in late 2025, Alladale’s new outdoor wilderness spa will be ready for your 2026 retreat. Float in the loch, then step into a beautifully designed sauna overlooking the hills. Unwind by open-air fire pits, soak in the incredible views, and let nature become your healing space. This is wellness in its rawest, most breathtaking form.

Bespoke Luxury in the Heart of Nature

Your stay includes full catering by private chefs crafting farm-to-table menus tailored to your preferences. Ingredients are harvested from Alladale’s aquaponic gardens, fruit trees, and trout farm, and if you choose, you can sample some of the world’s finest wild venison. Alladale’s warm, attentive staff and cozy lodge accommodations ensure a luxurious, home-like experience while immersing you in the rhythms of the wild.

Explore, Adventure & Immerse

Immerse yourself in the wild beauty of the Highlands with curated experiences like ranger-guided hikes, e-mountain biking, clay pigeon shooting, and a meaningful tree-planting ceremony. Enjoy a serene walk, a magical wild dining evening under the stars, and a Scottish welcome complete with live bagpipes and canapés. For something truly unique, try a game on the UK’s most remote pickleball court or opt into extras like foraging, 4x4 tours, whisky tastings, or a visit to the reserve’s wildcat sanctuary.

Rest in a Place with Purpose

Alladale isn’t just a retreat center, it’s a 23,000-acre rewilding and conservation sanctuary. Named one of National Geographic’s “Best of the World” destinations, it supports ecological restoration, education, and research. With every retreat guest, a tree is planted, leaving a positive legacy on the land.
