Winnie has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for a decade. With advanced training in yoga therapy, she brings a deep respect for the body as both a physical and an emotional landscape. Her classes are accessible to all levels and emphasize self-compassion, grounding, and intentional movement, using the breath as a pathway into the body and a tool for cultivating balance and presence.


Rooted in a trauma-informed perspective, Winnie creates a space where students can begin to feel safe in their bodies while gently exploring their inner world. She invites students to move with care, listen inward, and respond to their experiences with kindness, fostering trust in their intuition and a deeper connection to self. Winnie is also a licensed psychotherapist in Virginia and Washington, DC.
