About the Retreat Center
We will be staying at La Rosa dei 4 Venti, a serene countryside venue near enchanting hilltop towns and sandy beaches. This beautifully restored 17th-century farmhouse provides the perfect setting for connecting with nature, slowing down, and savoring each precious moment.
La Rosa dei 4 Venti features unique rooms designed with local stone and materials, preserving the authentic architecture. Enjoy amenities such as organic linens, rain showers, memory foam mattresses, and well-stocked en-suite bathrooms with Aveda products.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for the installment payment or final balance unless your space can be filled with someone from the waiting list. No credits or refunds will be issued if cancellation is received within one month of the event. If Radiance Yoga must cancel due to insufficient enrollment, your deposit and any paid installment and balance will be refunded in full.

Masuda is the founder and owner of Radiance Yoga. Alongside running Radiance, Masuda is the author of Unlock the Power of Your Chakras and teaches regular Kundalini Yoga and Chakra classes, workshops and teacher training programs. Yuki is a seasoned retreat host with Radiance Yoga, creating thoughtful, welcoming experiences that allow participants to deepen their practice, connect with community, and fully enjoy each destination. She also leads Radiance’s workshop and teacher training programs and is a certified yoga therapist offering private sessions tailored to individual needs. Some More Useful Information to Consider
Travel Insurance:
We recommend that international retreat participants take out travel insurance in case of any life situation that may alter your plans. You may consider plans from travelinsure.com, insuremytrip.com, or any other option provided by your credit card, airline, or travel company. Also, note that your health insurance may not provide coverage internationally. Check with your provider and consider additional coverage if necessary. In order to guarantee maximum coverage, most travel insurance providers require that you obtain a policy within 5-10 days of placing your initial deposit.
What airport do I fly into?
Both Bari (BRI) or Brindisi (BDS) airports are accessible by affordable trains and flights from Rome and other major cities. Bari is a 1.5-hour drive, and Brindisi is a 1-hour drive from the retreat center.
Are airport transfers included?
Airport shuttles are not included, but we can help arrange them. Budget €40 – €60pp ($50–$80 USD) each way.
Do I need a Visa to travel to Italy?
American citizen visitors do not need a visa if they are traveling as a tourist with a valid U.S. passport.
What time is check in and check out?
Check-in is at 4:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am after breakfast.
Are gratuities included?
No. We recommend €10 per person per day in cash, to be given to the staff on check-out day.
Are meals included?
Tea, coffee and pastries will be served before morning yoga. Brunch and dinner are included (see schedule), with vegetarian meals and fish options for three dinners.
Are there massage services available?
Massages are available for purchase through La Rosa dei 4 Venti.
Are there yoga props?
Yes, yoga mats and props are provided.
Is WiFi available?

What should I pack?
Puglia’s weather in June is warm, with daytime temperatures between 60°F to 80°F. Bring light, breathable clothing for yoga and daytime activities, a swimsuit for the pool and beach visits, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings, a hat and sunglasses for sun protection, and a modest outfit for visiting churches. A small backpack or tote will be handy for day trips, and a light scarf or shawl can provide additional layering and sun protection.

These rooms feature a double sized bed with memory foam mattress and Italian linens to ensure a comfortable and restful stay. The en-suite bathrooms have rain showers and are well-stocked with amenities such as a hair dryer, Aveda shampoo and body wash, and a dental kit. Additional comforts include room slippers, an extra light blanket, and a pool towel.
SOLD | Gardenia ($3,999) is a small cozy and very intimate circular Trullo with a high cone. This room is bright with calming colours and soft atmosphere; has two entrance doors that face both the front garden with its own gazebo and the main façade of the Masseria.
SOLD | Ortensia ($4,199) is a lamia, typical Apulian building with a flat ceiling. It is closed to the activity room and massage room. Very bright and spacious with a comfortable bathroom, artisan-crafted white wrought iron wardrobe, soft and warm colours on the walls and a comfortable armchair for reading. This room has a window overlooking at our fruit trees garden and an entrance door that overlooks at a precious Zen garden. Its beauty is the secluded location from the main building and is surrounded by our fruits tree garden and a variety of Mediterranean trees and plants.
SOLD | Peonia ($4,199) is a lamia, typical Apulian building with a flat ceiling. It is closed to the activity room and massage room. Very bright and spacious with a comfortable bathroom, soft and warm colours on the walls and a comfortable armchair for reading. Ranuncolo is a "Cummersa", a typical Apulian round ceiling construction. This room is located in the main façade, has a relaxing atmosphere due to its delicate and elegant

This room has a very high vaulted ceiling with a mezzanine living area furnished with a sofa, a cabin wardrobe and a writing desk. Girasole is an ancient double Trullo, the typical Apulian building with cone ceiling: one trullo dedicated to the bedroom and one set as a lounge area with armchairs and wardrobe. This room has a very cozy atmosphere, very silent and secluded from the rest of the place, has calming colours and the possibility of overlooking the front garden, surrounded by dry stone walls, wisteria, honeysuckle and lemon tree. It has a private gazebo and is closed to the pool. This room is configured as one queen bed - best for a couple.
Tulipano is located in the ancient main building and has high vaulted ceiling. This room is bright and airy with a large bathroom, an opened wide wardrobe, a writing desk and a cozy living corner with armchair, a front garden with private gazebo. This room is configured as one queen bed - best for a couple.
