We’re looking for experienced instructors to teach engaging, thoughtfully paced Sculpt & Stretch classes that combine strength, mobility, and flexibility. Our ideal teachers are knowledgeable and encouraging, with the ability to create classes that feel challenging while remaining accessible to a range of students.

We’re expanding our movement offerings and looking for experienced Mat Pilates instructors to join our teaching team. We’re seeking teachers who can lead well-structured, form-focused classes while creating the warm and welcoming experience our students have come to expect at Radiance.

Our desk team plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience from the moment someone walks through the door. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people who enjoy connecting with others and are interested in exchanging a few hours of studio support for yoga classes. No teaching experience is required.

We are currently looking for teachers and desk staff who have availability during weekday early mornings (approximately 6:30–8:30am) and weekends. If those times work well for your schedule, please submit an application below.
