Beginner Core Strength Series

Sundays, February 2-23 from 1:30pm-3:00pm

This four-week series is designed to progressively enhance core strength and stability, with each week focusing on a different aspect. In addition to the targeted weekly focuses, this series aims to provide participants with the foundational skills and confidence needed to successfully join and benefit from our regular scheduled Core Strength and Stretch classes. Each week builds upon the last, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and development of core strength, stability, and flexibility, preparing participants for more advanced and ongoing core-focused yoga practices.


  • Week 1: Breath & Pelvic Floor
  • Week 2: Abs, Spine, & Posture
  • Week 3: Core Stability for Balance
  • Week 4: Application to Dynamic Movements


We have two options to attend: online via LiveStream or in-studio. Both options have limited class sizes to allow for individualized attention from the teacher, whether you are attending online or in-studio. All participants will receive a video recording after each class in the series and will have access to the recording for 14 days after receiving it.
