In this four week series students learn the fundamentals of Kundalini yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness. Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, uses a series of kriyas (postures/sequences), breathing techniques, meditations and mantras (sound currents) to help students experience greater strength and flexibility, emotional balance and spiritual elevation.

      • Week 1: Posture, Alignment & Breathing Techniques

      • Week 2: Bandhas, Mantras & Meditation

      • Week 3: The Chakras

      • Week 4: The Ten Bodies

We have two options to attend: a 4-week online LiveStream series for $99 or a 4-week in-studio series for $109. Both options have limited class sizes to allow for individualized attention from the teacher, whether you are attending online or in-studio. The in-person, in-studio class will be strictly following our Studio Safety protocols and will be limited to nine students, with only verbal adjustment cues offered by the teacher. All participants will receive a video recording after each class in the series and will have access to the recording for 72 hours after receiving it.

Cost includes unlimited yoga classes* for the duration of the series for students new to Radiance  – this offers a wonderful opportunity to apply what you are learning in the series to other classes, while you explore different styles of classes and teachers. Or if you are a member, you will receive an EXTRA 5% members discount on top of your regular workshops discount!

*All participants may attend and LiveStream or outdoor classes, in-studio participants may also attend in-studio classes.
