Learn the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga in this four-week series. Kundalini Yoga known as the yoga of awareness uses a series of kriyas (postures/sequences), breathing techniques, meditations, and mantras (sounds currents) to help students experience greater strength and flexibility, emotional balance, and spiritual awareness.

We have two options to attend: online LiveStream for $99 or in-studio for $109. Both options have limited class sizes to allow for individualized attention from the teacher, whether you are attending online or in-studio. All participants will receive a video recording after each class in the series and will have access to the recording for 14 days after receiving it.
