Classes

We offer over 50 different classes every week in a variety of formats; in-person, LiveStream or Radiance Replays. Whether you prefer something energizing, something relaxing, or something in-between, we’re sure that you’ll find a class that suits your individual goals. You’ll learn something new from our amazing instructors, and connect with other like-minded students. Our goal is for you to end class feeling even better than when you came to your mat – strong, vibrant, and balanced.

Core Strength & Stretch

    Looking to power up your practice and strengthen the core? Core Strength and Stretch blends balance, core strengthening, stability and flexibility. In this full body class you will work the abdominal and back muscles, open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your upper and lower body. With a strong focus on core strength and deeply stretching out the back, hips and legs, this class is a perfect complement to your regular yoga practice. It’s also ideal for athletes, runners and cyclists who want to enhance performance and help stay injury free. Appropriate for all levels.

Candlelit Gentle & Restorative

    Enhanced by soft candlelight, this class is a beautiful blend of a gentle yoga class and a rejuvenating restorative class. Students will be led through a session of gentle but thorough stretching and releasing followed by fully supported restorative poses. There is enough movement to get the tension out of your system, and enough chilling out for a relaxing, meditative experience. Appropriate for all levels.

Flow Yoga

    Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a fluid style that links movement with breath for an intense mind-body workout. These classes are offered in varying degrees or levels of vigor; poses are linked together to create a seamless flow of movement, balancing movement, strengthening, and stretching to rejuvenate the body and clear the mind. Flow classes will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension. Students are offered options to modify and/or advance the postures so you can get exactly what you need out of the practice. Appropriate for all levels.


    Class tip: Each class is unique and each teacher is different, however every practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered, grounded, and refreshed. We suggest trying several different classes to find your flow!

Gentle Yoga

    Our Gentle classes offer a gentle approach to more familiar poses. They are designed for students who prefer a slower paced class. This is a slow, regenerative practice that relieves tension using unwinding stretches and strengthens the body through mindful movement. Props, modifications, and teacher guidance will be offered to assist you to be most comfortable. Appropriate for all levels.

Gong Yoga Nidra

    Gong Yoga Nidra includes the use of the gong in the practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is loosely translated as “yogic sleep”. This restorative “inner body” yoga uses a series of deep relaxation techniques and guided visualizations designed to quiet your mind, soothe your nervous system and restore balance to the mind-body system. Utilizing the gong in the practice allows for an even deeper experience of relaxation, feeling centered, and restored.


    The class may begin with a few minutes of gentle postures and breathing exercises to prepare the body for relaxation and the remainder of the class will be spent in a supported savasana.

Hatha Yoga

    Hatha Yoga is a steady and deliberate practice with an emphasis on breath with mindful movement to slowly improve flexibility and peace of mind. In this class, you will focus on building a strong foundation and proper alignment. Each posture is maintained for multiple breaths, giving you time to explore, examine and experience the more subtle layers of your yoga practice, cultivating steadiness and ease. Appropriate for all levels.

Intermediate Flow

    More physically challenging than our all-levels Flow Yoga this class incorporates conscious breath-work, vinyasa flows, sun salutations, and balance poses to stretch and strengthen the body. The instructor will provide modifications, variations, and opportunities to try advanced strength building sequences, balance, and inversion poses. Recommended for students with a consistent yoga practice and understanding of yoga postures and alignment.

Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini yoga classes use breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Each class consists of a kriya which is a series of postures taught in sequence to produce a desired effect. Teachers choose from hundreds of kriyas designed to help students deepen their awareness, connect with their creative energy, open the heart, stimulate the immune, glandular, and nervous system, and balance the chakras. Appropriate for all levels


    Class Tip: The best way to get acquainted with Kundalini Yoga is to try out as many teachers and classes as possible. You’ll experience a great variety of exercises from class to class, so going to several different classes will give you a good idea of what the practice is all about.

Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga is a slow and deep practice that involves allowing the mind to rest while the body holds an accessible stretch to target the connective tissues and joints of the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. The postures are all practiced on the floor and each is held for about three to five minutes. The benefits include increased joint health, flexibility, and improved circulation. Yin Yoga should not be considered a gentle or restorative class. Appropriate for all levels.

Radiance Replays

    Radiance Replays are simply the recording of a previous LiveStream class that you can access anytime on the scheduled day until 11:59pm (Eastern). Sign-up for the Radiance Replay any time prior to the start time and immediately receive a confirmation email from Radiance Yoga with the subject line “Your Upcoming Class at Radiance Yoga!” that includes a link to access the class (this is how you will access the recording). The class will be available to view using the link from 12:00am-11:59pm (Eastern), regardless of what time it is posted on the schedule.
