Join Masuda Mohamadi for a transformational week of yoga and meditation in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Let the harmony of the magnificent Scottish landscape expand and deepen your yoga practice and balance your chakras. Chakras are energy centers in the body that relate to your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Enjoy daily classes on the chakras to deepen your understanding and learn practical tools to increase energy, vitality, and clarity in your daily life. Open to all levels.
This retreat combines daily yoga, local excursions, time for reflection, and intention setting. Enjoy a beautiful walk or hike straight from your doorstep and be nurtured and replenished by delicious meals with locally grown and sourced ingredients. This six-day retreat is the ideal combination of wild natural beauty and soul-soothing rejuvenation designed to energize, balance, and heal your chakras.
Beautifully located in the Scottish Highlands, Alladale Wilderness Reserve, set on 23,000 acres of mountains, forest, rivers, and lochs, offers the unique opportunity to stay in one the UK's largest privately-owned rewilding and nature conservation projects. The bedrooms are all uniquely furnished and complete with ensuite bathrooms.
In addition to daily yoga and meditation practices we have lots of fun group activities planned, including:
