Join Masuda Mohamadi and Winnie Lee for a transformational week of yoga and meditation in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Let the harmony of the magnificent Scottish landscape expand and deepen your yoga practice and balance your chakras. Chakras are energy centers in the body that affect your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. We will be offering daily classes on the chakras as well as workshops to deepen your understanding and learn practical tools to increase energy, vitality and clarity in your daily life. Open to all levels.
This retreat combines daily yoga, hiking excursions, time for reflection and intention setting while cleansing your body and mind in the many onsite outdoor healing baths. Enjoy a beautiful walk or hike straight from your doorstep and be nurtured and replenished with farm to table artisan meals. This six-day retreat is the ideal combination of natural beauty and soul-soothing rejuvenation designed to energize, balance and heal your chakras.
EcoYoga is a beautiful place to immerse yourself in yoga and to go deeper into your practice. It is an idyllic spot for a retreat as you feel like time stands still and you can reconnect to nature, yourself and your practice. EcoYoga is set in the magnificent Scottish scenery among hills, lochs, rivers and forests overlooking Loch Awe. Totally off-grid, the center is powered by a 550Kw hydro turbine and a large bank of solar panels. The yoga studio is built with under floor heating and a very calming ambience. Your body can melt into the warmth of the floor during savasana, while your mind is gently soothed by the sounds of the nearby waterfalls. There are several bathing areas to choose from to soak in the natural wooden hot tubs in the Dome, or choose some hideaway bathing spots in the forest or riverbank. The outdoor heated bathtubs are the ultimate in natural bathing and an experience not to be missed. It really is a magical opportunity to connect with nature and indulge your wild side. We will be staying at the Ibis Hotel in Glasgow on Saturday, September 5th.
