Radiance Yoga has partnered with the Old Town Farmers’ Market who offer a matching incentive to encourage SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) recipients to shop local for fresh fruits and vegetables. The Old Town Farmer’s Market matches up to $10 through their program to make those foods more accessible. Your donations will help them to continue the program, as well as providing nutrition education in our local community. SNAP offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families and provides economic benefits to communities.
We offer a special donation class once every quarter with all proceeds going towards SNAP, and free community yoga classes at the Farmers’ Market on the first Saturday of every month from May through October where you can also submit a donation. Please see our workshop schedule for more details.
