Radiance Yoga’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program is an experiential training that will inspire and support you in discovering your unique teaching style and authentic voice. Led by our senior teachers, Angelina Fox, Yuki Riley, and Masuda Mohamadi, this training will give you a strong foundation and understanding of what it means to “teach from your heart.”
Our experienced teachers will guide you on this transformational journey as you gain a deeper understanding of this ancient practice and build confidence to become a compassionate and well-rounded teacher. In this training, you will learn how to effectively sequence Flow and Kundalini yoga classes as well as philosophy, history, and anatomy.
Whether your intention is to teach yoga or simply deepen your personal practice, this training will provide you with a heart-centered and transformational life experience.
This training is exclusively in-studio. Our interactive program helps to create a close sense of community and a learning environment conducive to connection, curiosity, and support.

What you need to do.
- Six months minimum yoga experience
- Attendance in all course sessions*
- Completion of all course requirements
- Passing grade of 70% on final exam
- Attendance of 40 classes during training**
- Demonstrate ability to teach a 60-minute yoga class as final practicum
- Full payment of course fees
- Purchase of required books
*It is not possible to guarantee graduation from the program if any time is missed. Up to one day of training may be missed in extenuating circumstances and must be made up. All make-up time is charged at the private rate of $90/hour not to exceed 3 hours per day missed.
**Students are required to take 40 hours of yoga classes as part of this training. At least 30 of these classes must be taken at Radiance Yoga as in-person or virtual live classes. An unlimited class pass is included in your tuition as part of your training. The unlimited pass includes all class types and access to the OnDemand library. Students are allowed to take up to 10 classes as Replays, OnDemand, or outside of Radiance Yoga to fulfill this requirement. More details provided on first day of training.Apply here

Cost & registration
There are three cost options available PLUS the first six applicants get $100 off their deposit!
Please start the application process by filling out the application and submitting it. You will then be contacted to set up an interview either via Zoom or in-person with Angelina, Masuda or Yuki. You may also attend an Info Session to skip the interview process. Once your application is approved you will receive an authorization form to submit your $500 non-refundable deposit and select your payment option.
- Option 1: $3100 early registration paid in full by August 18, 2023
- Option 2: $3400 early registration paid in full by September 29, 2023. This option includes an additional four weeks of unlimited free yoga classes at Radiance from September 29, 2023.
- Option 3: $3500 paid in four monthly installments.
($750 each on Oct 15, Nov 15, Dec 15, and Jan 15)
- All teacher training sessions and manual
- Unlimited weekly yoga classes at Radiance Yoga during the teacher training, including OnDemand classes.
- Optional community class opportunity at Radiance after graduation including mentorship
- Upon completion of the training, and for 1 year, graduates will receive 10% off monthly or yearly memberships at Radiance Yoga

Masuda is the founder and owner of Radiance yoga. Alongside running Radiance, Masuda is the author of Unlock the Power of Your Chakras and teaches regular Kundalini Yoga and Chakra classes, workshops and teacher training programs. An experienced and caring yoga Instructor Yuki will ensure you get the most from this teacher training program. Yuki is passionate about providing dynamic, challenging yoga classes, workshops and one on one private yoga sessions, as well as co-leading this Teacher Training.SEE YUKI'S FULL BIO
Allison completed a Masters of Science in Physiology and Biophysics at Georgetown University in 2010 and a Masters of Arts in Anatomy and Neurobiology at Boston University in 2013. Her research focused mainly on the effects of the aging process and the circadian clock on adult neurogenesis in zebrafish. She taught Anatomy and Physiology I and II as an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College as well as the Anatomy and Physiology labs at George Mason University. Currently, Allison is a Term Instructor of Anatomy and Physiology at George Mason University, as well as teaching Intro to Human Anatomy for the ABS Certificate Program at the GMU Science and Technology campus in Prince William county. What you will need to start with our Teacher Training.
At least a year of consistent Yoga asana practice (2-3 times per week), and a basic understanding of Hatha Yoga.
Your commitment to 100% participation.
A positive attitude, a sense of openness, and a desire to learn are truly the most important things you can bring to this training.
