Enhance Your LiveStream or OnDemand Classes with Music

Some of our LiveStream classes will have music playing in the background, however, we keep the music low so that you can clearly hear the instructor. If the class does not include music you can play your own or access playlists from our instructors on our Spotify library. You will need to have the Spotify (or other music) app open in one window, and the video open in another. You can adjust the volume separately on the two applications if you’re using a laptop. Alternatively, you can run the class on one device such as your laptop and have your music on another device such as your phone, Alexa/HomePod, or speaker.
