SCOTLAND 2024 RETREAT - CONTRACT / AGREEMENT OF RELEASE / WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I understand that I am willingly participating in the classes offered at Alladale Widnerness Reserve by Masuda Mohamadi and Christy Sisson. from Radiance Yoga. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participation in the retreat and all of its classes and activities. I represent and warrant that I’m physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in any of these activities.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Retreat to Scotland and its activities, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I might have against Radiance Yoga, Masuda Mohamadi and Christy Sisson. 

Allergies: I understand that although I will not be required to handle products I am allergic to, there is a possibility that I will come into contact with nut, dairy, wheat, etc. products. I assume full liability for any adverse reactions due to exposure to any allergens.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that my deposit is not refundable. Installment and final balance payments will not be refunded unless cancellation is more than 30 days prior to the event AND the participant’s space is filled by someone from a waiting list. If Radiance Yoga must cancel due to insufficient enrollment, the deposit and all payments will be refunded fully. I understand the cancellation policy.

I, my heirs and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Radiance Yoga and/or Masuda Mohamadi and/or Christy Sisson for any injury or death caused by their act or omissions, including any negligent acts or omissions.

Accident/Health/Trip Insurance – I understand I am responsible for my own peace of mind and insurance.



Your participation in this retreat may include photographs and/or video on a few occasions. I understand that Radiance Yoga may use these images/videos for marketing and design purposes.
