Schedule a one-on-one lesson with the teacher of your choice to deepen and expand your practice. Private lessons are centered around the individual needs and goals of the students. We provide a safe and comfortable space along with expert guidance to help students work toward their goals.

Private Instruction Rates

  • Class Rates for up to 4 Students

  • 60 minutes $90 per class for 1 person

    plus $10 for each additional person (up to 4 people total)

    • 75 minutes $110 per class for 1 person

      plus $12 for each additional person (up to 4 people total)

    • 90 minutes $135 per class for 1 person

      plus $14 for each additional person (up to 4 people total)

  • Class Rates for up to 10 Students

  • For groups of 5-10 the cost is $25 per person for a 60-minute class

  • For groups of 10-20 the cost is $50 plus $20 per person for a 60-minute class

  • Class Rates for up to 20 Students

  • For groups of 5-10 the cost is $25 per person for a 75-minute class

    • For groups of 10-20 the cost is $50 plus $20 per person for a 75-minute class

Benefits of Private Yoga Classes

Similar to a personal fitness trainer, a private yoga teacher designs a class specific to the needs of their student or students. Our instructors will talk with you prior to your first lesson and then develop a class designed for your body, your abilities, and your goals. Private instruction lets you work on what makes sense for you at your own pace and at a time that is convenient for you. Our private classes allow you to create a strong foundation, promote a yoga practice that is safe and injury-free, help you to master postures, and ultimately guide you to a better understanding of the practice of yoga.

New to Yoga – You are a beginner and want to learn correct postures without getting intimidated or feeling nervous by a group setting.

Focused Attention – You want to deepen your practice and work towards specific goals.

Tailored Adjustments – Working on specific issues such as tight hips or hamstrings, backbends, inversions, etc.

Health Limitations Due to an Injury or Illness – A private session with one of our experienced instructors will enable you to modify positions to meet your requirements, and perform only those yoga poses that can help you heal while keeping you safe.

Home Practice – You want to develop a yoga or meditation practice that you can do at home.

Your Own Custom Class – Receive custom instruction and themes that evolve with your current mood, energy level, and needs.
